Homemade duck legs, fine slice of black pudding roasted in its onion sauce, duck potted meat terrine, pork knuckle of ham cooked according to grandmother with a laurel-leaf, frying pan of garlic potatoes cooked in duck dripping, salad.
Served with a glass of AOC white wine Jurançon.
