Grède Tower

First called « Oustau de Poey » in the XIIIth century, inhabited then by the Agreda family, the tower, entirely restored, shelters today a scenography consecrated to the Pyrenees fauna.
Bear, lammergeyer, izard, … so many naturalized species exhibited at the different floors of the building.
From its 113 steps, the Grède tower offers an exceptional panormaic view of the city, the Oloronese piedmont and the Pyrenees chain.
Open every day except on Tuesday from 1st July to 30th September, from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm and from 3:30 pm to 6:30 pm.
