A shop really worth knowing about : farmhouse cheeses made by the shepherds of the Aspe, Ossau and Bar�tous valleys, hand-salted and agedin cauldrons. Nearly 50 varieties of farmhouse and local cheeses made according to the rhythm of the seasons.
