TheGASTRA Project “traditional gastronomy as valorisation tool of the cultural heritage” offers us the possibility to develop a market sensible to heritage fullnesses. In our territories, the gastronomy is an essential element to the touristy offer but also a wonderful hyphen between our countries.
Today, the touristy offer tends to branch out, the motivation of our travellers about the choice of a destination depends on specific charms proper to the culture of a territory, as for example, the gastronomy.

- Succeeding a balanced socio-economic development for a high quality touristy model.
- Winning new markets and reinforcing the "SUDOESTE" identity.
- Supporting the Substainable Development of the GASTRA territories.
- Helping and being implicated in the firms economic development of the territories.
- Consolidating the cooperation to enhance the touristy and cultural offer.

An event

The GASTRA project wants to make travel gourmet people to make them discover "in vivo" Southern Europe lands, their products and their particular recipes. The first aim of the project consists in promoting the traditional gastronomy to make of it a valorisation tool of the cultural heritage and to develop a high quality touristy offer.
